Job Summary:
The Commercial DRO project seeks to propel client to its 2030 goal of being a World Class Logistics Provider across all lines of business. Drawing upon the continuous improvement mindset and lessons learned executing the Service Excellence program, this project seeks to drive new optimization value, specifically enabling the Commercial Line of Business, through enablement of automated route optimization, same-day execution products maturity, and new Route Manager to Driver coaching tool capabilities.
This project, which began as a POC and represents a multi-year program to garner value (2024/2025) in the following areas:
Modernizing the Commercial LOB driver/coach experience
Enhancing ecosystem to support automated commercial route optimization and further refine Commercial capacity planning.

Basic Qualifications:
Experienced with 10+ years in implementing and operationalizing large scale data solutions in production environments using a variety of technologies and frameworks in the cloud or on premise.
Designs and builds performant data pipelines to support a range of business consumption patterns using a range of current data integration technologies (cloud, on-premises, or a combination) or custom approaches using Python, Java, Scala, etc.
Assists in adopting best practices in reporting and analysis including data integrity, test design, validation, and data quality and analysis.
Experienced with data replication using Qlik. (Should also have a Snowflake, Oracle, SQL, dbt skills)

Responsibilities:
The assigned resources will perform the following activities at the direction of client.
Design, build, test, and implement data pipelines and integration with client Snowflake Cloud Data
Warehouse per best practices and client IT policies and procedures.
Support client end user testing
Support data validation, data quality and analysis activities as requested by client
