Job Description
Candidates must have or they will not be qualified:
Hands-on experience administering the AWS Platform using AWS Organizations, Control tower, and other organization-related AWS Services
GitHub & Terraform knowledge. Experience managing the AWS Platform using CICD Pipelines and IaC
While experience developing solutions or migrating applications to the cloud is welcomed, we are not looking for that specifically.

Looking for more experienced candidates with more hands-on experience architecting different solutions in AWS.
Hands-on experience managing an AWS Organization with multiple accounts using native services such as Security Hub, Control Tower, AWS Config, and others.
Design and implement scalable Serverless automation solutions using AWS native services (e.g., Lambda, Step Functions, and CloudFormation) to streamline operations across multiple AWS accounts.

Cloud Engineer
Design, implement, and manage a scalable, secure, and reliable AWS cloud platform.
Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform to automate the provisioning and management of cloud resources & policies.
Collaborate with development teams to integrate cloud infrastructure with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub.
Architect and implement cloud solutions that meet business requirements and align with best practices.
Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, cost, and security.
Implement and enforce cloud governance policies to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure and services.
Stay up-to-date with the latest AWS services, features, and best practices.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
Provide technical consulting on effective cost optimization for application teams, including efficient operation of AWS services and resource types, and creation of budgets, alerts, and cost management dashboards
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in cloud engineering with a focus on AWS.
Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, particularly Terraform.
Proficiency in using GitHub for version control and collaboration.
Solid understanding of cloud architecture and best practices.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
Knowledge of cloud governance frameworks and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
