Job Description
Located in Jersey City, NJ or Charlotte, NC
We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Generative AI Technical Lead to spearhead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge generative AI solutions. You will lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and architects to build scalable, secure, and high-performing AI systems that drive innovation and business value.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end development of generative AI models
Architect and implement AI solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing platforms.
Collaborate with product and business teams to define AI strategy and roadmap.
Mentor and guide a team of AI engineers and researchers.
Stay current with advancements in AI/ML and evaluate emerging tools and frameworks.
Ensure best practices in MLOps, model governance, and responsible AI.
Required Qualifications:
Angular, Python, AWS cloud technologies. Knowledge of AWS Bedrock to integrate and utilize various foundation models for tasks such as natural language processing, text generation is an advantage
Github co pilot
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
Familiarity with data privacy, model interpretability, and ethical AI practices.
