Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic professional with 9 to 11 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in iOS development and a proven track record in driving business growth. The candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and achieving our business objectives.
1. 9+ years of Software Development experience with architecting, designing, and developing iOS or Android mobile applications
2. 5 + years of iOS (SwiftUI and Combine) development experience
3. 5+ years of mobile solutions engineering experience
4. 5+ years experience in Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0, 2.1 or a combination of both
5. Strong experience in design, code, test, debug, and document for projects implementations
6. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
7. Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas
8. Knowledge and understanding of application and web security
9. Knowledge and understanding of technology performance: analysis and tuning for applications.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the iOS development sector.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development strategies with company goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the iOS industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients and partners.
- Negotiate and close deals to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
- Monitor and analyze business development performance metrics to optimize strategies.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on business development activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all business development activities.
- Utilize technical expertise in iOS to enhance product offerings and meet client needs.
- Support the marketing team in developing promotional materials and campaigns.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of business development processes and practices.
